Meet the Team
At Ohio Therapy, we know that finding the right therapist matters. As a small, two-person team, we’re able to offer a more personal and connected experience, while still bringing different perspectives and areas of focus to our work.
We share a commitment to providing care that is thoughtful, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. Our goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Take a moment to learn more about each of us and see who feels like the right fit for you.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical counseling and graduated in 2020. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, each with their own unique story and strengths. I specialize in supporting adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, and neurodiversity. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I integrate these evidence-based approaches to meet each person where they are. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for as we work together toward healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an additional Master Certificate in Counseling Children and Adolescents. I've completed more than 400 hours of direct client care and over 1,000 total hours of counseling experience. I believe in meeting each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique perspective. I work with teens (12+), adults, and couples using a trauma-informed and integrative approach that incorporates interventions from a variety of evidence-based approaches such as DBT, ACT, ERP, and CBT. I work with people seeking support for a variety of concerns such as navigating neurodiversity, trauma, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, identity exploration, and more.
